My therapeutic style is relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on somatic and transpersonal approaches. As a process-oriented and holistic therapist, I integrate mind, body, and spirit into our work. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Hakomi, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), depth psychology, narrative therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
