My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that deepened awareness fosters expanded choice. By understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in context, we unlock the freedom to engage with life more deliberately. This increased awareness nurtures compassion and curiosity, ultimately enabling personal growth and transformation.

My therapeutic style is relational, humanistic, client-centered,

transpersonal, existential, trauma-informed, and somatically oriented,

drawing from practices such as Hakomi, Gestalt, IFS, depth psychology, narrative therapy, and DBT.

Described as heart-centered, creative, empathic, and direct when needed, my style is designed to accompany you on your unique journey of self-discovery and growth. A therapist isn’t here to tell you what to do but to help you uncover hidden barriers & explore new perspectives. It would be my honor to compassionately and collaboratively support you every step of the way.
