I offer in-person couples therapy in Los Gatos and online sessions for couples throughout California, supporting partners who want to deepen communication, heal relational wounds, and strengthen emotional intimacy. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or navigating a major life transition, our work together can help you rediscover understanding, empathy, and love.

I welcome couples of all sexual identities and relationship structures, including both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) partnerships. Drawing from The Couples Institute and The Gottman Method, I integrate evidence-based tools with a compassionate, experiential approach to help partners communicate more effectively, resolve conflict, and foster secure attachment.

3-hour deep-dive sessions designed for busy couples seeking focused transformation and meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe.

While based in Los Gatos in the San Francisco Bay Area, I work with couples online across California, offering both practical tools and embodied practices to help relationships grow, repair, and thrive.
