Therapeutic Approach
My Approach
Healing happens in relationships
My approach is rooted in the belief that deepening self-awareness creates the freedom to choose how we engage with life. By understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in context, we unlock opportunities for growth and transformation. This process cultivates compassion, curiosity, and an openness to new perspectives.
My therapeutic style is relational, experiential, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on somatic and transpersonal approaches. As a process-oriented and holistic therapist, I integrate mind, body, and spirit into our work. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Hakomi, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), depth psychology, narrative therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
How I Work
My clients often describe me as heart-centered, creative, and direct when needed. My style is designed to support your journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we will co-create our sessions using a process-oriented approach that draws on experiential healing arts.
I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore your past, present, and future, helping you uncover barriers and discover new perspectives. Therapy with me goes beyond words, engaging the body, emotions, and deeper layers of experience. With compassion and collaboration, I will walk alongside you as you connect with your true self and create lasting transformation.
A Collaborative Process
Therapy with me is a partnership. Together, we work to release old patterns, reconnect with your true self, and create lasting transformation. I draw on both timeless wisdom and modern approaches to help you tap into your own inner resources for healing and growth. You are the expert of your experience, and my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you as you discover new possibilities.
If this resonates, let’s connect and explore what’s possible.
A Medicine Woman’s Prayer
I will not rescue you,
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
As you remember your light.
